Pólen. Who is worth it, and where they came from.

Pólen is Jataí's discovery piece. It starts from the Receita Federal's public CNPJ registry and the public sources you declare (directories, associations, industry portals), identifies organizations that match your profile, finds the contact, and records where each piece of data came from. It doesn't sell lists and doesn't repeat an organization it has already visited.

Discovery of organizations in public sources you declare — with the right contact, the source recorded, and a memory of who has already been seen.

A bought list is leads that already went cold in someone else’s hands.

A database sold per credit was sold to your competitor last week. The email you "reveal" has already bounced in three tools. And when it does work, you can’t tell the person where you got their contact — which, under the LGPD (Brazil’s data protection law), is a question they can ask.

Pólen flips the logic: the source comes before the contact. You say where the organizations you care about list themselves of their own accord — the trade association’s site, the industry’s public registry, the trade show directory, the city hall portal. Pólen reads from there.

Three moves, always in the same order.

It can all start with a sentence. At the top of Colheita, you write what you are looking for — "50 physical therapy clinics in Goiás, micro and small" —, the screen shows what it understood (quantity, states, size), and Jataí builds the search from your brand’s profile. The same sentence again reuses the search.

1. Declared sources.

You register the source (URL, type, frequency). Pólen stores the source alongside every organization that comes out of it. Every record answers "where did this come from".

2. Organization before person.

Pólen identifies the organization (by domain, by CNPJ, and by phone number, so it never creates the same one twice) and only then looks for the responsible contact. A contact without a confirmed organization doesn’t get in.

3. Memory of what has been seen.

Pólen keeps track of what it has visited and doesn’t repeat the same organization. And before any send, Jataí checks whether another of your brands talked to it within the spacing window you set (from 0 to 180 days): if it did, the touch waits and resumes when the window opens.

The public CNPJ registry, before anything else.

The first source of every harvest is the Receita Federal’s open CNPJ registry: active companies, with their activity (primary and secondary CNAE), state, city, size, legal nature, and opening date. The brand’s profile filters by activity, state, size, legal nature, and company age — "clinics, in Goiás, micro and small, open for at least three years" — and the query returns candidates in volume, without opening a site or calling a model.

The contact data the Receita provides is what the company itself declared. An email that shows up repeated across several CNPJs — almost always the accountant’s — is flagged and doesn’t become a contact. What the brand already has, or has already visited, doesn’t come back.

Public sources, declared by you.

  • directories of associations and federations
  • councils and public registries that list their own members
  • industry and trade show portals
  • "team" and "about us" pages on the organizations’ own sites
  • lists you import — the trade show spreadsheet, the event sign-ups — with the source required

And when the declared sources run out before the quota, Jataí itself searches the web for organizations that match the profile — one search per lead requested, until it reaches the number. What it finds goes through the same funnel as everything else: the site is visited, the contact is read from the page, the organization is deduplicated and judged against the criteria. A made-up address dies as "unreachable"; it never becomes a lead. The brand can turn the search off or limit how many per harvest.

Pólen doesn’t scrape social networks, doesn’t buy databases, and doesn’t "enrich" with third-party providers. If the source isn’t public and declarable, it doesn’t get in.

Several brands, one radar.

Each brand has its own search profile (industry, size, region, target role). The only thing that crosses brands is a single question — "did another brand talk to this organization within the window?" — answered without revealing which brand or what, so that two of them don’t write to the same organization in the same week. How it works for groups and agencies →

Three things Pólen doesn’t do.

It doesn’t sell lists.

No database is sold — yours to others included.

It doesn’t charge per attempt.

Discovery that found no contact consumes nothing. You pay for the brand, not for credits.

It doesn’t make up emails.

No "firstname.lastname@ pattern": if the contact isn’t in a declarable source, the record stays without a contact and you decide what to do.

From Pólen to Enxame.

The released record goes to Enxame (agents), which qualifies with cited evidence and writes the first contact.

Frequently asked questions

Does Pólen replace Apollo or Speedio?

For discovery, yes, when your market lists itself in public sources (most institutional B2B does). For "revealing" millions of generic contacts, no — and we don’t want to.

Where does Pólen get emails from?

From what the company declared to the Receita Federal, from the organization’s own public pages and from the public directories you declare. Every contact carries the source it came from.

Can I import my own list?

Yes, with the source required: the URL the list came from. Without it, it doesn’t import. And the list goes through the same funnel: each row is visited, deduplicated, and judged against your profile — the email that came in the spreadsheet only counts when the organization’s page doesn’t publish one, and it stays marked as provided, not verified.

How does Pólen keep two of my brands from reaching out to the same company?

Before each send, Jataí asks whether another of your brands talked to the organization within the spacing window you set (from 0 to 180 days). If it did, the touch waits; nothing is discarded.

Is Pólen LGPD-compliant?

Processing relies on legitimate interest for professional B2B contact, with the source recorded, a declared purpose, and an unsubscribe link in every email — see Security and LGPD. We are not a law firm; check with your DPO.
