Deliverability. Reaching the inbox is groundwork.

In Jataí each brand sends from its own domain, which no other brand uses. Every email goes out with the brand’s sender, signature and unsubscribe link; before each send Jataí checks suppression, consent, frequency, quota and approval limit. Hard bounces, complaints and unsubscribe requests suppress the contact, and by default every AI-written email waits for human review.

Its own domain per brand, a complete identity on every email, suppression checked before every send — and a person reading what the AI wrote before it goes out.

One domain per brand. Never borrowed.

Each brand sends from its own sending domain, and a domain belongs to one brand only — the platform refuses to register the same domain twice. That keeps one brand’s volume from sinking another brand’s reputation, and keeps recipients from noticing that two approaches come from the same place.

A domain can only send with a complete identity: a sender on the domain itself, a reply-to address, a signature and an unsubscribe link. If any of them is missing, Jataí doesn’t send through it — the message waits, and the screen tells you what’s missing. An email whose body doesn’t carry the brand’s unsubscribe link is refused before it reaches the provider.

The domain’s DNS, checked on screen.

On the Reputation screen, one click checks the sending domain’s DNS and separates what blocks sending from what only gets in the way:

ItemWhat Jataí checksIf missing
SPFa v=spf1 record exists, and whether it is permissive (~all, ?all)blocks sending
DKIMdoesn’t read the key yet: the screen tells you to check it with your sending providerwarning
DMARC_dmarc exists, and whether the policy is only p=noneblocks sending
MX of the return addressthe return domain receives email — that’s how bounces come backblocks sending
Tracking domainthe CNAME points to the provider, when there is trackinggets in the way

Each finding comes with the fix written out ("add the include to the existing SPF — don’t create a second SPF TXT record"). The check runs on request: it tells you whether the domain is ready, and you decide when to turn sending on.

Reputation measured per domain, every day.

The Reputation screen shows, for each of the brand’s domains and day by day, how many emails went out and how many came back as a bounce, complaint or unsubscribe. A hostile reply ("I’m going to mark this as spam") counts as a complaint: it costs the same reputation, even without coming through a header.

The thresholds are the industry’s, and they are tight on purpose. With at least 50 sends in the window, above 2% bounces or 0.1% complaints the domain lights up the alert to hold back volume; above 8% bounces or 0.3% complaints, the alert says to stop and use another domain. Below 50 sends there is no alert: two bounces in ten sends is noise.

Each domain has a daily quota Jataí never exceeds: when it fills up, the message waits for the next day — it is never discarded, and never goes out over the cap. With more than one domain, the one that sent least that day goes first.

Whoever left, left. Before every send.

Intake reads the brand’s inbox and classifies what arrives. Three things suppress the contact immediately, without going through anyone:

  • hard bounce — the address doesn’t exist or refuses permanently (a soft bounce doesn’t suppress);
  • complaint — the spam report from the recipient’s provider, or a hostile reply;
  • unsubscribe — the person replied asking to be removed ("unsubscribe", "I don’t want to receive this anymore"), or the operator flagged the request on screen.

Suppression is the first guard on every send: before each touch Jataí checks suppression and consent (which cancel the send), then per-person frequency, spacing between brands, daily quota and sending window (which postpone it). Last comes the approval limit of whoever approved it: anything above it becomes a draft for the manager. Suppression is per brand — whoever asks to leave a brand leaves that brand.

Every email carries the brand’s unsubscribe link in the footer. When the send goes out through Resend, it also carries the one-click unsubscribe header (List-Unsubscribe); through AraraSend, which only accepts its own headers, unsubscribing is the footer link.

A pace the brand sets.

  • Per-person frequency: at most N messages to the same person in D days. Past that, the touch is postponed.
  • Brand daily quota: a cap on sends per day, across all domains.
  • Sending window: only on business days and during business hours, in the brand’s time zone. Outside it the touch waits for the next opening. Off by default; holidays aren’t included yet.
  • Spacing between brands: from 0 to 180 days during which two brands with the same owner don’t write to the same organization. It postpones, it doesn’t cancel. See Multi-brand.

A person reads it before it goes out.

By default, every email the AI writes waits in the Review queue, where the subject and body can be edited before release. The brand can turn off full review; even so, the queue still gets any message that cites a fact not in the context, any that came with low confidence from the model, and a minimum sample per day. A new brand starts in shadow mode: Jataí writes and nothing goes out.

Three things Jataí won’t do for your deliverability.

It doesn’t lend domains.

No brand sends through another brand’s domain, and there is no "shared platform domain" for your volume.

It doesn’t override the quota.

When the domain’s or the brand’s quota fills up, the message waits. There is no "send anyway" button.

It doesn’t bring back whoever left.

Suppression has no expiration date and no per-campaign exception: a suppressed contact never receives from that brand again.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a new domain to use Jataí?

You need a sending domain used only by the brand, with SPF, DKIM, DMARC and a return address that receives email. It can be a subdomain of your main domain; the Reputation screen tells you what still needs to be published.

Does Jataí warm up domains?

Each domain has a daily quota that sending never exceeds, and a new domain starts with a low quota. Raising that quota automatically over the weeks doesn’t govern sending yet — today, increasing volume is a decision, not a curve.

What happens when someone asks to leave?

The contact goes into the brand’s suppression list and no further touch goes out to them. Jataí recognizes the request in the reply ("I want to unsubscribe", "I don’t want to receive this anymore"), and the operator can flag it on screen. The footer link leads to the unsubscribe address the brand configured.

Can I send without anyone reviewing?

Yes, if the brand turns off full review. Even so, messages that cite a fact outside the context, low-confidence messages and a daily sample still go to the review queue.
