Jataí vocabulary

Pólen

Jataí's discovery piece: it scans public sources the brand declares, identifies organizations that match the search profile, and finds the right contact, keeping the origin of every data point.

In Jataí: It does not sell lists, does not make up emails, and does not revisit an organization it has already visited.

Rotas

Jataí's contact sequences: versioned recipes with touches, waits, and stop conditions, which cancel themselves when the person replies, a human takes over, or they ask to opt out.

In Jataí: The default cold sequence has three touches (opening, proof, closing) with waits set by the brand.

See also: Touch, Sequence (cadence), Return route, Recycling

Enxame

Jataí's set of agents: one qualifies the organization citing the evidence, another writes each touch for the person, another triages the reply and proposes the response.

In Jataí: No agent decides the next step of a Rota — that is a deterministic rule — and nothing goes out without passing through the operator's approval limit.

See also: Cited evidence, Anchored reply, Approval limit

Entrega

Jataí's handoff to the CRM: the lead is created or linked only when the reply has been classified as a conversation, with the history attached, and never with a pipeline stage.

In Jataí: It follows the handoff contract; the CRM reports the outcome back through a return route.

See also: Handoff, Handoff contract, Temperature

Colheita

The result of a Pólen run: the organizations discovered and qualified from a search profile, ready for the operator to approve.

In Jataí: The operator requests a colheita, approves in bulk, and can download the spreadsheet for the run.

See also: Pólen, Search profile

Brand

Jataí's unit of isolation (the tenant): its own sending domain, reputation, search profile, tone, knowledge base, operators, approval limits, and destination CRM.

In Jataí: Every table carries the brand identifier and every query is filtered by it; one brand cannot see another brand's data.

See also: Cross-brand spacing, Operator

Operator

The person who uses a brand's dashboard: approves contacts and replies, requests colheitas, follows the queue. Never "user" or "seat".

In Jataí: What an operator approves alone is defined by their approval limit in that brand; pricing is not per operator.

See also: Approval limit, Brand

Touch

Each contact in a Rota — an email written for the person from a template with a goal, tone, word limit, and prohibitions. Never "step".

In Jataí: The cold sequence has three templates: opening (up to 90 words), proof (80), and closing (45).

See also: Rotas, Sequence (cadence)

Temperature

The priority signal Jataí writes to the CRM, from 0 to 100, in its own field jatai_temperatura. It is not the pipeline stage and does not replace it.

In Jataí: The Enxame assigns it when triaging the reply; the field goes with the delivered lead as jataiTemperatura.

See also: Entrega, Pipeline stage

Anchored reply

The response the Enxame proposes to an incoming reply, shown next to the excerpt of the person's message it relies on and the reason for the classification.

In Jataí: It is a proposal, never a send: it only goes out with approval within the operator's approval limit.

See also: Enxame, Approval limit, Cited evidence

Cited evidence

The rule that every qualification shows, for each signal evaluated, the excerpt and source it relied on. A score without evidence is rejected.

In Jataí: The qualifying agent's output is fit (0–100), tier (A–D), signals with evidence, and a rationale.

See also: Enxame, Fit

Fit

The number from 0 to 100 that says how well an organization matches the brand's search profile, together with a tier from A to D.

In Jataí: Below the brand's minimum fit, the Rota never starts — a comparison made before any model cost.

See also: Cited evidence, Search profile

Angle

The specific reason the brand's offer matters to this organization, computed once per organization and stored.

In Jataí: It is what anchors the first touch; the market calls it the "hook".

See also: Enxame, Touch

Declared source

A public page — association directory, professional council, industry portal — that the brand registers as a source of organizations, with URL and frequency.

In Jataí: Each organization keeps which source it came from; the Pólen only reads public, declarable sources.

See also: Pólen, Search profile

AI search

The part of the Pólen that searches the web for organizations on its own, based on the search profile, when the declared sources run out before the requested quota.

In Jataí: One search per lead requested, until the quota is met; each find is visited, has its contact read from the page, and goes through the same criteria. The brand can turn it off or cap it.

See also: Pólen, Declared source, Search profile

Imported list

A spreadsheet the brand brings — trade show exhibitors, event registrants — with the URL it came from, which enters the Pólen as the source of a colheita, not as a direct record.

In Jataí: Each row is visited, deduplicated, and judged against the profile; the spreadsheet's email only counts when the organization's page publishes none, and it is flagged as provided.

See also: Pólen, Declared source

Search profile

The per-brand description of who is worth it: segment, region, signals that matter, hard criteria, and the declared sources. Versioned, with one version live at a time.

In Jataí: The operator can write it in plain prose and the assistant turns it into a structured profile.

See also: Declared source, Fit, Colheita

Cross-brand spacing

The rule that stops two brands in the same group from writing to the same organization within a window of days. Also called cross-exclusion.

In Jataí: Before each send, a yes/no question to the database; if another brand spoke within the window (0 to 180 days), the touch waits, it does not disappear. It does not reveal which brand or what.

See also: Brand, Cross-exclusion

Cross-exclusion

The market name for cross-brand spacing: two brands with the same owner do not approach the same company in the same week.

In Jataí: It exists as spacing configurable per brand; priority between brands and shared suppression do not exist yet.

See also: Cross-brand spacing

Approval limit

How much a person approves alone in a brand: sends per day without review and maximum lead value. It lives in the person's link to the brand, not in the role.

In Jataí: A new operator starts with a zero approval limit, and everything they approve becomes a draft for the manager.

See also: Operator, Shadow mode

Shadow mode

The state of a new brand in which the Enxame writes and the Rota runs, but no send goes out — to check what would go out before it does.

In Jataí: The brand leaves shadow mode by explicit decision, with a warning if the knowledge base is empty.

See also: Approval limit, Brand

Recycling

The clock-driven Rota that reaches out to old leads again: those who said "not now" and those who never replied, each with a brand-set interval and a touch that builds on what happened before.

In Jataí: Defaults are 90 days for "not now" and 180 for no reply; it runs on business days at 9 a.m.

See also: Rotas, Return route

Return route

In the market, the sequence that picks up a lead again on an agreed date. In Jataí, that role belongs to recycling.

In Jataí: If the person stated the date ("the 22nd", "in March"), triage extracts it and recycling comes back then; without an unambiguous date, the brand's interval applies.

See also: Recycling, Rotas

Handoff contract

The versioned interface the CRM implements to receive leads from Jataí: health, intake, and lookup routes, plus the return route for the outcome.

In Jataí: Whoever plugs in a brand runs the conformance suite until it is green; the contract has no stage field.

See also: Entrega, Handoff

Market

Handoff

The passing of a lead from prospecting to whoever sells, with the context needed for the conversation to continue without starting over.

In Jataí: The Entrega only does the handoff when there is a conversation, and brings the history along.

See also: Entrega, Handoff-first outbound

Handoff-first outbound

The category Jataí claims: owning the lead between the list and the CRM — discover, reach out, follow up on the agreed timeline, and hand off only once it has become a conversation.

In Jataí: It is not sales engagement, not an AI SDR, not a data provider.

See also: Handoff, Sales engagement, AI SDR

Sales engagement

The category of tools that organizes contact cadences for a sales team, billed per user.

In Jataí: Jataí charges per brand, writes each touch for the person, and stops when they reply.

See also: Sequence (cadence), Per-seat

AI SDR

An autonomous agent sold to replace the SDR, which decides on its own what goes into the pipeline.

In Jataí: The Enxame qualifies, writes, and triages with evidence, but does not decide the next step and never touches the stage.

See also: Enxame, Cited evidence

Sequence (cadence)

A series of scheduled contacts to the same person, at defined intervals, that continues until a reply or until the end.

In Jataí: In Jataí the sequence is a Rota: a versioned recipe, with brand-set waits and automatic stops.

See also: Rotas, Touch

Cold email

The first email to someone who has never heard of the sender, in a professional context.

In Jataí: Jataí writes the cold email from the organization's angle, with a word limit and template prohibitions.

See also: Touch, Angle, Legitimate interest (LGPD)

Pipeline stage

The CRM column that says what phase the deal is in. It belongs to the salesperson: two systems writing to it destroy the team's trust in the CRM.

In Jataí: Jataí never writes the stage. The handoff contract does not have the field.

See also: Temperature, Entrega

Per-seat

The per-user pricing model, common in sales engagement and contact databases.

In Jataí: Jataí charges per brand, with unlimited operators.

See also: Operator, Brand

Deliverability and compliance

Per-brand reputation

The sending reputation of a domain, which email providers measure and which decides whether the message reaches the inbox.

In Jataí: Each brand has its own sending domain; one burned brand does not take down the others.

See also: Brand, Domain warm-up

Domain warm-up

The gradual increase in volume sent from a new domain, so providers get to know the sender before full volume.

In Jataí: A new domain goes into warm-up and has a daily quota that grows over time.

See also: Per-brand reputation

Suppression

The list of contacts a brand no longer sends to: hard bounce, complaint, and unsubscribe.

In Jataí: It is the first guard on every send, checked before each touch. It is per brand.

See also: One-click unsubscribe, Brand

One-click unsubscribe

The header that lets the person leave the list with one click in their own email client, without opening the message (RFC 8058).

In Jataí: It goes out on sends through Resend; through AraraSend, which only accepts its own headers, unsubscribing is the footer link, present in every touch.

See also: Suppression

Legitimate interest (LGPD)

The legal basis under the LGPD (Brazil's data protection law) that allows processing personal data for a legitimate purpose of the controller, weighed against the data subject's rights.

In Jataí: Jataí records the origin of each contact and the consent with its legal basis; validate the application with your DPO.
